All orders are made fresh after purchasing. Due to all products being custom made there are no refunds or exchanges. Please be sure to be specific during the order process. We send out an approval prior to shipping to ensure we get your order correct. However, if you receive your order and it has a defect that is not due to shipping damage we'll replace it free of charge.
