Processing Times
​
All orders are made in the order they are received.
Processing time varies by product and season, but most orders ship within 3–7 business days unless stated otherwise.
Custom orders may require additional time for design approval and production.

Shipping
​
Once your order has shipped, delivery timelines depend on the carrier.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout — we are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses or carrier issues.

Returns & Exchanges
​
Because most of our items are custom-made or made-to-order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.
If there is an issue with your order (wrong item, misprint, defect, etc.), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.

Custom Orders
​
All custom designs must be approved before production.
Once a design is approved, changes cannot be made.
We do not recreate copyrighted images unless you own the rights or can provide permission.

Order Changes & Cancellations
​
Order changes can only be made within 2 hours of placing the order.
After that time, your order may already be in production and cannot be modified.

Refunds
​
Refunds are only issued in the event of:

Damaged or defective items

Incorrect items received

Issues caused by our error
Refunds will not be issued for buyer mistakes (wrong size, wrong color, wrong address, etc.).

Bulk Orders
​
Bulk or large-quantity orders require full pay at time of order.
Deposits are non-refundable once production begins.
